It will examine the impact and implications of environmental, social and governance (ESG) developments, and climate-related risks and opportunities for businesses. In highlighting the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations and SGX Listing Rules on sustainability reporting, this session provides a useful background for board directors to drive sustainability compliance and integrate ESG factors into their business strategy.
