About this class
Project integration management is the coordination of all elements of a project.
This includes coordinating tasks, resources, stakeholders, and any
other project elements, in addition to managing conflicts between
different aspects of a project, making trade-offs between competing
requests, and evaluating resources.The objective of this module is to make the participants understand
basic Project Manager’s role in Integration Management.
Enable the participants to identify, define, combine, unify, and
coordinate the various processes and Project Management activities
within the Project Management Process Groups.At the end of this module each student will be able to apply project integration management at all aspects (small organizations or large organizations).
